What has been your most memorable Annual Meeting and why?

AUA1993 was my most memorable Annual Meeting. It was the first one that I attended. I presented a study about patients with coexistent renal artery disease and kidney cancer along with Andy Novick. It was discussed with Fray Marshall and other leaders in the field.

If you weren't a urologist what would you be?

I would be a math teacher and football coach.

What is one thing left on your Bucket List?

I really do not think of it that way. Each day presents opportunities to do interesting things and help people.

If you could have lunch with one person, living or dead, who would it be?

I would enjoy lunch with President Lincoln and Martin Luther King, Jr.

What is one piece of advice you would give to a urology resident?

Immerse yourself and learn as much as you can in a supervised environment; it will be very helpful when you are practicing independently.
